Spring openings get your water balanced and equipment running. Winter closings include cover fitting — we stock Loop-Loc custom safety covers cut to your pool.

Chimney Cleaning & Inspection
Creosote buildup is the leading cause of chimney fires. We recommend an annual sweep, and every cleaning includes a free NFPA Level 1 inspection so you know the condition of your system.
Level 2 Camera Inspections
Required before major changes, property sales, and for new clients. We run a camera the length of the flue so nothing is hidden behind masonry.
Fireplace & Stove Repair
Gas igniter replacement, burner cleaning, regulator troubleshooting, wood stove flue relining, ceramic log replacement, damper installs, screen replacement, brick repair, and pellet stove diagnostics.
Leak Detection & Waterproofing
Water is what quietly destroys masonry. We find the entry point with moisture meters and cameras, then seal it — sealant should be reapplied roughly every five years.
New Installation & Replacement
New woodstoves and factory-built fireplaces, chimney relining, and complete fireplace tear-out and replacement with dust barriers, mantels, and tile surrounds.
